It's 5 AM while I draft this at Bonsai Inn here in Bislig. After months of working in preparation for the SAAD Saga, the event was finally over. The last of the three events we hosted in the region ended yesterday. It still feels strange to think about it ending in the first place. It turned out smoother. But I wasn't expecting it to turn out better. What challenged me and piqued my interest was the learning experience, again. And such is also the reason for this hollow feeling I carry now.

Such was the first time that I took a big part in planning a social event. I contributed to the overall design, the flow, and the stage direction. My big sisters at work have been a big help to me, teaching me about almost everything that contributed to the event. You learn best when you are invested, not protested nor imposed. We shared the same hardship and first-time feeling of handling a massive event in the palm of our hands. I am proud of how the SAAD Saga turned out. In fact, very proud that it will take me a few days to get over this sensation.
I drafted the last social media update regarding the event just a few minutes ago. To talk about it makes me sad, including hearing the joke he made about us going back to reality starting tomorrow (same usual workflow). In front of me is the Riverview exclusive on this side of the Inn. I walked out of my room to witness this first thing in the morning; before leaving at 7 AM. The river is expansive. I can never know where it's ending, but I see it is flowing. I feel the same. I will be okay.
